More About the Gear I Use
In case you like my pictures, and you are curious about the gear I use, well, you're reading the right article.
Starting off with my camera. I use the Canon RP, one of the newest cameras in Canon's line, which is also the cheapest full-frame, mirrorless camera. I like the crisp color science that Canon has and it has an incredibly good user interface. It uses the new RF mount, which has limited lenses available.
Most of the time I used with it my Sigma 150-600mm contemporary lens. This lens is definitely my favorite among those that I own. It is somewhat compact and light (for a super telephoto lens), has a fast autofocus and it's very cheap compared to others on the market.
For the more artsy shots, I use my Canon 24-240mm RF lens. It has a f/4-6.3 aperture, which is decent for a kit lens. Also, I was amazed how Camon could fit such a wide angle in a telephoto lens like this.
In my opinion, a photographer should always own a f/1.8 lens. I have the Yongnuo f/1.8 lens. I mostly use this lens in dark situations, and for extreme macro shots.
Since I have a mirrorless camera, there aren't too many RF lenses out there. That's why I have two adaptors. One is meant to adapt the Canon EF/EFS mount to the new RF mount. I also have the Meike Macro Extension Tube. They both work very well.
The last lens I have is the Canon 18-55mm. I have to thank my dad for giving me this lens. His old camera broke, so instead of throwing away the lens, I use it on my camera!
In the future, I plan to upgrade and buy better lenses. I hope this article helps you decide which camera / lenses to buy.
